some stains are not getting mopped

Several times my mop has missed easy stains. It rolls over them without removing it. I am able to wipe them up afterwith a washcloth. currently, I’m using deep clean every time I send the map out.How do I fix this?

I’m wondering the same thing as I’m having this issue too. My friend suggested having the mop go over the area twice.

If the floor is particularly dirty, we recommend setting the water flow to high mode or adjusting the dampness of the mop pad to "wet."For stubborn stains that stick on the floor, you may need to use other cleaning tools to remove them. Additionally, we recommend regularly cleaning the mop pad to ensure optimal mopping performance.

As I mentioned. I am deep cleaning every time. Water level is very high. I think the mop heads are not reaching the floor. Easy stains I wipe up with a wash cloth. How can the heads be adjusted to press and wash the floor.
