[L10s Ultra] Not docking

Robot will come close to dock but will not turn around to reverse in and gives an error in the app of “no power to dock station”. I checked that it is plugged with power and cleaned all the sensors.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure the metal shrapnel on the charging contacts is not jammed.

2. Restart the robot, remove it from the charging dock, and then try recharging it. Listen for the voice prompt saying "start charging."

3. Reset the robot: Open the upper cover and locate the small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator. Press and hold the reset hole for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start to restore factory settings." Then, restart the robot to see if it functions normally.
