[X40 ultra] Spends a lot of time doing nothing
My vacuum is only a week old and keeps leaving behind rolled up hair, even after “emptying” itself. It keeps blowing hair into corners and then never actually picks it up. I’ve played with all of the settings, increased the vacuum power, focused on one room at a time, removed the mop heads, set custom settings, changed intensity (quick vs. standard) etc.

Also when it mops, there is still dog hair and crumbs left behind. I really don’t feel like the robot is doing what it should. Please help!

What brush are you using?
It’s the one the package came with. I don’t think it came with other brush attachments.

Hi,

Please try to clean the hair entangled in the roller brush, clean the garbage blocked in the dust box and the suction port, increase the suction power in the APP and turn on the carpet boost; see if your problem can be solved.

If your problem is not solved by following the above operations, please contact: support.na@dreame.tech for further support (please provide your product video and your order invoice as well as your product SN)

We hope the above information can help you.
There was no hair trapped in the brush however there was hair and dirt backed up in the machine and only a little was collected in the dust bag… isn’t the machine supposed to self empty? I have that
