(1) Confirm whether the socket is powered on
(2) If the socket is powered on, confirm whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on
(3) Confirm whether there are other power cords at home. You can try to replace the power cord
If the above troubleshooting is ineffective, please provide the machine's fault video to support.na@dreame.tech for further support. (We also need you to provide the order invoice and the machine's SN)
