You can continue to observe whether there are other problems with the machine. If there are, please try the following operations:
(1) Check whether the base station is powered on normally (confirm whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on normally), and check whether the socket can be powered on normally;
(2) Please wipe the robot charging plate and the charging contacts at the bottom of the base station. After the robot is correctly placed in the base station for 3-4 hours, try to turn on the robot to see if it can work normally.
