Why is my vacuum making loud noise while cleaning as it didn’t before? And it also smells bad as if it is not auto cleaning properly. I cleaned the base several times already.
1. **Check and clean the brush**
- **Side Brush**:
- Check if there is any foreign material entangled in the side brush (such as hair, small items, etc.).
- If there is any debris, clean it with scissors or your hands to ensure that the side brush can rotate normally.
- **Main Brush**:
- Also check if there is any foreign material entangled in the main brush.
- Remove any entangled material and clean the main brush.
2. **Restart the robot**
- After cleaning, restart the robot. Usually you can restart by long pressing the power button of the robot.
- Restart the task and observe if there is still abnormal sound.
3. **Clean the Mop Pad Holder**
- If the abnormality persists after restarting, it is recommended to check and clean the mop pad holder.
- Make sure that there is no foreign material blocking the mop pad holder and its connecting parts, and clean any attached dirt or residue, which may also cause noise problems.
4. **Follow-up observation**
- After completing the above steps, continue to observe the use of the robot.
5. **Odor problem**
- It is recommended to clean the sewage tank, filter, pipe and roller brush immediately after cleaning the odorous substance, and take out the roller brush to dry to avoid long-term accumulation of odor. The roller brush and filter need to be replaced regularly. If the robot mop has an odor, please manually clean the robot dust box and mop.
