Love the machine, app is crap

The machine is constantly going offline and then I am unable to use the app until I wake up the machine.

1. Is the device far from the router? If so, please bring the device near the router, manually restart the robot and router, and try to manually re-connect the network.

2. If you still cannot connect to wifi, please try to use another mobile phone to open the hotspot and re-connect the network to confirm whether the hotspot can be connected to the mobile phone. If the hotspot can be connected to the network normally, there is no problem with the device. If the hotspot is still abnormal, please provide a screen recording of the network connection. Please send your screen recording to support.na@dreame.tech for further technical support.
