Intelligent recognition

Hello. I am using mltiple floor mode and the app recommended to use intelligent recognition. But I can't find this option. Where should I look?

Cmo 1 Floor

Click on your devices then click settings right hand corner.. Scroll down for intelligence obstacle avoidance. On the top page 1 click to turn on intelligence

I have one room in my house the vacuum will not navigate properly anymore, just seems to get confused and drives back n forth. It did fine for some time. Works perfectly throughout the rest of the home. Any suggestions?
