My dreame doesn’t know where its dock is

I barely got the Dreame L40 I believe, I try to make it go to the dock to charge and it just circles for 2 minutes and goes the opposite direction

I bought this a couple of months ago but today was the first time to try it. It sucked... What i really mean is that it didn't pick up anything from the bottom of my pool. After watching it move around my pool for 2 hours it docked. I pulled it out to clean the filter.. guess what? Nothing in the filter!! Nothing!! It was cleaner then when I put it in the pool.

Totally disappointed with this product!!

To address your issue, we recommend the following:

Please check that the base station power cord is properly plugged in. Turn off the robot and base station for one minute, then power them back on. Clean the robot's charging pad and base station contacts before turning the robot back on. If this still doesn't work, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for assistance.
