[L40 Ultra] Not charging

I purchased robot not long ago, on prime days. It was working fine in the beginning. These couple days  did not clean well enough, even though I had on deep cleaning setting and today is not charging anymore. It was stuck on cleaning before, and now on drying mop and not changing. Please see attached screenshots and photos.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm that the charging dock/base station is connected to power. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are correctly plugged in.

2. Check the power indicator: it should flash white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged. Once fully charged, restart the robot and check if it functions properly.

3. Check your peak charge hour settings.  Also look at the robot if the brush makes contact with floor. You can put it on table and see. Maybe faulty brush actuator.
