I got this robot about 2 weeks ago. I found Both sides of the main brush have a lot of hair tangled up. I remembered this product claimed that “ no hair tangles “. I’m wondering if it is a defect of this specific product I bought? Thank you

I think its the tricut brush which is sold seperatly which should be included by dreame. Just both a L40 & X40 ultra…thought it was included but i doesnt…had to buy 2 tricut brush 50$ a piece but worth it👍
