I’ve had my L20 ultra about 6 months.
For the past month it doesn’t seem to be emptying completely - when I turn it over and take the roller out it is jammed with debris that I manually remove. Even after manually removing Debi’s and running and empty cycle the base it still leaves small crumbs and lint behind. This was while on max vacuum setting.
