[D10 Plus Gen 2] Won’t empty when full

I have a D10 robot vac and have to follow it around to pause and empty. What do I need to do to get it to empty when it’s full?

Hi,

Maybe you can try this:

We hope above information can help you.

It’s during the cleanings that it doesn’t empty when full. Once it is back on the base, it will auto empty. Just not during the cleanings. It will leave  things all over since the bin inside it is full.
Hi,

We've confirmed that this is normal, and the robot isn't detecting full dust.

You can set the dust collection frequency to one dust collection per task, then divide your house into multiple areas for tasks, allowing for more frequent dust collection. Alternatively, you can manually clean the area.

I'll continue to collect your feedback and share it with the relevant department.

Dreame, please just add the ability to have the vacuum auto empty every time it returns to the dock (or at least more frequently). This is the most annoying problem with your products.

Set auto empty frequency to after each cleaning. Then, Set up shortcuts with individual zones, break it up by rooms or partition of room, etc. It will empty after each zone. Dreame won't fix this

Having trouble connecting it to the Wi-Fi I reset factory settings. I’ve taken it closer to the Wi-Fi, but it still will not connect.
