1. What model is your machine? Please confirm your cleaning settings in the app.
2. If the cleaning settings are correct, please confirm that air is coming out of the air outlet while sweeping. If air is coming out, the fan is functioning properly. We recommend cleaning the dust bin and filter to ensure unimpeded suction. We recommend increasing the suction power and performing multiple cleaning cycles to improve cleaning performance.
3. If no air is coming out of the air outlet and you don't hear the fan operating during sweeping, this may indicate a fan malfunction. Please contact after-sales service (support.na@dreame.tech) as soon as possible for repair and inspection.
