My x50 is using the mopping pads on top of rugs - why doesn’t it know the different between hardwood floor rugs? How do you programs it to vacuum rugs and not mop them?
You can open the Dreame app, click to enter the device page → click carpet cleaning settings → select vacuum only without mopping. Then you can achieve the effect you want.
