What kind of problem did your mop encounter? Is it not moistening or isn't rotating?

If your mop isn't rotating, please try the following:

Please check if there's something stuck in the mop, causing it to not rotate. If there's no object stuck and it still won't rotate, please provide a video of the robot mop not rotating while the mop is dry, and confirm the time the video was taken.
