Abnormal docking

Hello. I consistently get errors which prevent the robot from finishing jobs stating abnormal docking. It stops positioned in front of the dock and does not make it up the ramp. I have tried repositioning the dock multiple times and putting it on wood floor and carpet without resolution.

1. Check for any foreign matter or dust on the robot's charging contacts. Dust can cause repeated docking issues. Please wipe the contacts clean before use.

2. Ensure the metal shrapnel on the charging contacts is not jammed.

3. Restart the robot, remove it from the charging dock, and then try recharging it. Listen for the voice prompt saying "start charging."

4. Reset the robot: Open the upper cover and locate the small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator. Press and hold the reset hole for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start to restore factory settings." Then, restart the robot to see if it functions normally.
