It is not recharging and it’s off-line

I have placed it on the dock and held it on and off button for more than 20 seconds and I pressed the reset button and it will not reset. It has no power and the dock is not charging it so what do I do and I have more location to a new electrical outlet?

Not sure about that specific base station but some have an on off switch make sure it's on.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

1. **Possible Reason:**
The base station is not powered on. Ensure that both ends of the power cord of the base station are plugged in, and turn on the boat switch on the back of the base station (refer to the picture below).


2. **Possible Reason:**
Poor contact between the charging contacts of the base station and the robot.
1.Cut off the power.
2.Clean the contacts.
3. Adjust the contact position of the charging contacts between the base station and the robot ,then power on to check again.
