Hi,
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Please try resolving the issue by following the steps below:  

1. **Test Without Mop Pads**:

- After washing the mop pads, remove them from the mop pad holder. Install just the mop pad holder into the robot.

- Start a mopping task from the base station and wait for 5 minutes.

- Check if there are any water droplets on the ground.  

2. **Unclog Water Outlets**:

- If no water flows out in the test above, remove the mop pad holder.

- Use an iron wire, toothpick, or similar item to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot .

- Check if this resolves the mopping issue.
