Continuing clean after low battery

Has anyone else run into the issue where the unit has low battery so it goes back to charge but then won’t continue the clean, even if fully charged, until you open the app again?

Note I have the L10s Ultra Gen 2

Check to see if you have switched or enabled the do not disturb setting.

Please confirm whether the machine is in Do Not Disturb mode. If Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, the machine will not perform the continuous scanning task.

I have the same machine and it has started to do the same thing. The "Do Not Disturb " is not on. My machine is only 6 months old so it shouldn't be the battery.

I bought my X40 July 12 and before August 12 it was doing the same thing you described. 100% in app and not charged on the station! Sent it back and they will refund my money! Pain in the butt to send it back when I had gotten rid of the box!
