Pad will not connect on one side

The mop pad will not connect to the vacuum. It is only one side and it is the the pad. I have switched the pad to the other side and it is fine. Looks like it is a magnetic issue inside the vacuum. How do I fix this?

I’m having a problem with it too. My floors aren’t getting cleaned because no matter what I try the robot cannot install the mop pads. I bought this dang thing less than a year ago. Pissed.

I bought this a month ago.. now I am afraid it will be short lifespan from hearing the issues.
