Disappointed

I purchased the robot after having a x50 ultra which is a remarkable robot.
However, the pool bot leaves a lot to be desired. I can run the z1 and follow it with my other robot pool cleaner and it finishes with a lot in its filters.
The z1 filter is only good for leaves and other larger debris.
After some Google research, I found what are supposedly finer mesh filters. Why wouldn’t you equip it with them from the factory … if they in fact work.
Will try and post back after I receive them and try them out.

1: The garbage basket is full or blocked by debris; clean up the garbage basket in time.

2: The suction of the current cleaning mode may be insufficient; set the suction setting to the
strongest, and then restart the cleaning task.

i have a new out of box z1 pro and when i put it in the pool after setup it goes to the bottom and a solid red comes on and it won’t work. just got it yesterday

Me too, just received Z1 Pro, red immediately when placed in water,  message states "right camera error"

My Dreame L60 Ultra PE is not charging

I have had the Z1 Pro for about 6 weeks and the gasket on the top of the basket has disintegrated and will not hold the debris in and shoots out of the 2 holes on the top and won’t remain in the basket.

Help used it 4 times not one issue  now it won't the on with any lights but will say on my phone its online and power level so implied setting it to clean on my phone and put it in the water it registers it was in the water but would not run tried the remote nothing.any help or should I return it
