1. Wipe the edge sensor on the right side of the robot with a soft, dry cloth.
2. Ensure the edge sensor is not blocked by any obstacles or objects.
3. Check that the robot can properly clean the edges.
4. You can check the cleaning route in the APP to see if there is anything missed, or check the suction setting of the machine.

I have the same situation as your “ Vacuum is not picking up debris that should be very easy to pickup. Highly disappointed. If product doesn't improve will likely return” I spend a lot money but not worthies
Mine was having problems picking up and then we cleaned out all the suction area and it worked a lot better! I have two dogs and a cat, and there was a lot of hair stuck in it!
