The auto-detergent compartment leakage

In my first installation, I pull the detergent in the compartment and it leak.  It is not even push to the body.   Is it defects?

- First, verify that the cleaning solution and cleaning solution box are intact. Carefully inspect for cracks, holes, or other signs of damage.

2. **Shake the Cleaning Solution**:
- Cover the cleaning solution opening and gently shake the cleaning solution to see if any liquid leaks out. If leakage is detected, there may be a problem with the cleaning solution cartridge.

3. **Replace the Cleaning Solution Cartridge**:
