Try cleanin to back sensors on tha robot and on the dock where it docks

Check your settings in app go to more settings and there is a slot that stops your robot charging fully turn that off if it is active this will slow your charging down if active

We apologize for the inconvenience. If your device is charging slowly or abnormally, the ambient temperature and battery operating temperature may play a role. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Our products must be used in an environment above 0°C and below 40°C. In hot or cold weather, if the device is placed in direct sunlight, such as on a balcony or in a sunroom, please relocate the base station to prevent charging issues.

2. If the device charges slowly or the charge level drops after a period of use, please wipe the surface of the charging electrode to prevent oxidation.

3. Important: Please disable off-peak charging mode to ensure normal charging during off-peak hours.
