Faulty Vacuum

The suction on the vacuum part seems to not pick up anything anymore. It will turn on but the dirt and debris is left after vacuuming. It seemed to have worked the first few weeks but after about a month it doesn’t pick anything up. The bag isn’t full (or close to it) and I’ve made sure to clean out the connector where it deposits the dirt into the tower.

1. First, please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process. If there is wind blowing out, it means that the fan is working properly. It is recommended to clean the dust box and filter to ensure smooth suction of the device. It is recommended to increase the suction power and perform multiple cleanings to improve the cleaning effect.

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process and the sound of the fan working is not heard, this may indicate that the fan is abnormal. Please contact support.na@dreame.tech
