Faulty Vacuum

The suction on the vacuum part seems to not pick up anything anymore. It will turn on but the dirt and debris is left after vacuuming. It seemed to have worked the first few weeks but after about a month it doesn’t pick anything up. The bag isn’t full (or close to it) and I’ve made sure to clean out the connector where it deposits the dirt into the tower.
