Dreame sucks

Try calling and you get a endless sales loop of things i do not want.  I called to get help

Tried chat and the AI gives you non usefull links.
I wonder if there are real people that work for Dreame, or is it just a Dream.

The chat is "live chat" should be "live AI chat"

The item came with a missing piece and I cant get a hold of no live person
