Hi,

We recommend that you first click on auto empty in the app to test whether the dust collection function of the base station is normal. If the dust collection function of the base station is normal, it may be that there is a lot of pet hair at home and the robot's dust box is full, causing the garbage hair to pile up and be difficult to collect on the base station.

(1) We recommend that you manually clean the robot's dust box and filter first. The robot's dust box also needs to be checked and maintained by the user regularly. It is recommended to maintain the dust box at least 1-2 times a week.

(2) Confirm whether the device is in Do Not Disturb Mode. If it is in Do Not Disturb Mode, auto empty will not work

(3) Confirm the frequency setting of auto empty. If it is not set to high-frequency mode, it is recommended that set it to high-frequency mode. For specific setting instructions, please refer to this link article: https://support.dreametech.com/hc/en-us/articles/10823195760271-Tailor-Your-Robot-Vacuum-s-Auto-Empty-Schedule-for-Perfect-Home-Hygiene

If the above troubleshooting steps fail to resolve the issue, please provide the following information, and we will submit it to the technical team for further assistance:
- A video showing the device failing to perform automatic dust collection.
- Collect a video showing the manual operation of the ""start auto empty"" function in the app to test the dust collection feature of the base station.
- Photos of the dustbin and filter. contact support.na@dreame.tech .

We hope the above information is helpful to you.
