My robot leaving trash not cleaning completely

My robot was cleanig fine however now I noticed that it’s leaving behind few of the trash. It used to completely suck the trash. Also what is the best way to clean up the robot do I need to lift it from the wash board or is there a way to command that robot leave washboard. Then I can clean it up. Also please guide how to clean filter of the robot.

1. For this issue, we recommend manually cleaning the robot's dust bin and filter. The robot's dust bin also requires regular inspection and maintenance, recommended at least once or twice a week.
