Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1: Whether the Dreame Z1/Dreame Z1 Pro is connected to a magnetic adapter. The Dreame Z1 Pro cannot be switched on or off when the magnetic adapter is connected.

2: Check whether the power button has been held down for 3s.

3: Hold down the power button for 10S to force the shutdown.

4: Try to reset the robot by holding down the mode button + pressing the power button twice and releasing the button within 5s after the device is powered on.
