Water Tank Doesn't Work

My device doesn't recognize when the water tanks is installed. So i can't do anything in my app for mopping

Hi,

Please refer to the troubleshooting below:

Applicable to flat-panel water tank models (except the E20 Plus).

1. **Check the water tank installation status**: Ensure the small water tank is fully inserted into the main unit slot. A "click" sound indicates it is securely installed.

2. **Check the contact points**: Check if the metal plate at the water tank contact point is missing, out of place, or displaced. Also, confirm that the spring clip at the main unit docking point is properly retracting.

3. **Clean the contact points**: Wipe the metal contact points on the water tank and main unit with alcohol to remove any oxide or dirt and ensure proper signal transmission.

4. **Restart the robot**: Restart the device and retry the mission to see if the issue is resolved.

5. **Troubleshoot the metal plate**: If the metal plate is missing or displaced, you can request a replacement small water tank. If the spring clip at the main unit docking point does not retract properly, try to move it a few times. If this still does not work, the device will require repair.
