Clean floor, dirty grout
My robot does a fantastic job cleaning my tile floors, however, the mops seemingly aren’t able to reach the grout. I vacuum before running the robot, I always use the “deep cleaning” mode, and I run the robot multiple times, and I still have dirty grout. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I had all white tile and grout before, the only thing that would get it super clean was making an oxiclean paste to scrub the grout with. Scrub and leave in place for a bit, then mop it up.
Hi,

Our robot uses the world's first bionic robotic arm technology and has designed a strategy of mopping the edges and corners to achieve more effective edge cleaning. During the cleaning process, due to the gap between the two rags, some areas may not be cleaned. This is normal and you don't need to worry.

When cleaning, our robot first cleans along the edge and then uses a bow-shaped route to clean the entire area. Therefore, the subsequent cleaning process will ensure that most areas are cleaned.

You’re not going to get the grout deep cleaned unless you do it by hand or have it steam cleaned. The robot can only do so much. It’s not perfect but it does a pretty good job.
