[L40 Ultra] The app not working

Every couple of weeks my app forgets my robot is there and then I have redo the whole process. What is going on. The robot luckily remembers the mapping and the programming so it goes still but it is very annoying

Could you please confirm if your issue is that the device disappears from the APP every few weeks, requiring you to redo the setup process?

If so, please try the following steps:
1. Open the APP, log in to your account, go to "Me" → "Settings" → "General", and ensure the "Region" matches your device.

2. Restart the device.

3. Log out and log back into the APP.

4. Clear the app cache:
For iOS users, clear the APP cache in the APP's settings; for Android users, go to System Settings → App Management, find the APP, and clear the cache under Storage.
5. Ensure the APP version and device firmware are up-to-date.
