How do you get a good map? I've tried numerous times but it isn't complete and some areas are messy. Ive seen puctures of orhers maps showing carpet vs flooring and mine doesnt do that.  ??

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:  

1. **Clean the Edge Sensors**  
   - Locate the robot’s edge sensors (usually at the bottom or front of the robot).  
   - Gently wipe the sensors with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to ensure no dust or dirt affects their normal operation.  

2. **Address Obstacles**  
   - If obstacles (e.g., furniture, wires) appear on the map, adjust the furniture position to prevent mapping disruptions.  
   - If there are mirrors in the room, cover them with a cloth.  

3. **Remap the Area**  
   - If the issue persists after the above steps, try remapping to let the robot re-recognize the environment. Check if the map is still incomplete or messy.  

4. **Adjust Carpet vs. Flooring via App**  
   - After saving the map, you can adjust carpet and flooring areas through the app, please refer to the image below. (Display varies depending on the model)

I have two issue
1 the reboot keeps losing the mop pads
2 it try to dock but comes off the docking station and just sits in front the station
