Cleaning solution?

I have the D20+ but I didn’t see that as a model choice in posting this. I just set it up and haven’t used it for the first time. Just to clarify, if I am reading the manual correctly then water only should be used for the mopping function, no cleaning solution of any kind. Yes?

For those that do not support automatic addition of cleaning solution, you can manually add cleaning solution to the clean water tank.

The cleaning solution ratio for Robot Vacuum is 1:200 in milliliters (ml). This means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning solution with 200 ml of water.

We recommend using the official Dreame cleaning fluid.

I have a Dreame 20plus..... how do you "unlock"...i don't have pin needle...is there another way to "unlock" the Dreame by chance??
