Our robot shows low battery with charging status and then goes offline. The wifi connectivity is good and there is no metal or heavy obstacles near the base station.

Hi,

Your robot showing low battery and then going offline may be caused by charging failures. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. First, confirm if the base station is powered on properly: Check whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on and make sure that the indicator light of the base station is on normally.

2. Next, inspect the adapter plug for looseness or damage: Reconnect the adapter firmly. If the adapter is damaged, try replacing it with a spare one to charge the robot.

3. Wipe the charging pins on the base station (ensure they can rebound normally) and the charging contacts on the robot. Place the robot correctly on the base station to charge for 2–3 hours, then check the battery level in the app to see if charging works.

4. Confirm the robot is not placed upside down.

If your device has power but is still offline, make sure the Wi-Fi network it is connected to is functioning properly, then try restarting the device and router and checking again. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you try reconfiguring to the network.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
