Auto mop detergent dispenser

I am using the auto detergent dispenser function on the app and added detergent to the auto fill dispenser. But I did a mop cycle for my kitchen and it doesn’t really smell like the detergent or any type of cleaning solution. Just want to make sure the solution is being dispensed while I use the mop function and if anyone has experienced this.

Our equipment (X50 and below) only draws cleaning liquid to wash the mop when the base station is washing the mop. Cleaning liquid is not dispensed during mopping.

If no cleaning solution is dispensed when washing the mop pad, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. **Confirm the detergent switch**:
- Please confirm whether the switch for automatically adding detergent is turned on.
- If not, please turn on the switch.

2. **Check the installation of the detergent box**:
- If the switch is turned on normally, the detergent box may not be installed in place.
- Reinstall the detergent box and make sure it is firmly installed.
- Start the mop washing task and observe the condition of the sewage tank after the task is completed.

3. **Check the sewage tank foam**:
- After completing the mop washing task, please check whether there is foam in the sewage tank.
- If there is foam in the sewage tank, it means that the detergent is added normally.

4. **If there is no foam**:
- If you do not find foam after shaking the sewage tank, please provide the following information for further confirmation:
- A complete operation video.
- The serial number (SN) of your robot.

Regarding this issue, please verify that after the base station has finished washing the mop, shake the wastewater tank to see if there is foam. If there is foam, the base station can dispense cleaning liquid normally.
