Please try the following troubleshooting.

Regarding the issue of no suction:
1. First, please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process. If there is wind blowing out, it means that the fan is working properly. It is recommended to  to clean the dust box and filter to ensure smooth suction of the device. It is recommended that you increase the suction power to Max and perform multiple cleanings to improve the cleaning effect.

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process and the sound of the fan working is not heard, this may indicate that the fan is abnormal. Please contact after-sales service as soon as possible for repair and inspection.

Suggestions for improving the cleaning performance in edge areas:

mop/side brush extended scenarios: cleaning along the wall/cleaning corners/table legs/chair legs/sofa legs
1. Confirm AI-driven MopExtend Settings:
- Please confirm whether the robot vacuum cleaner has turned on **AI-driven MopExtend Settings**. This feature is enabled in the default Intelligence mode.

2. Please select the corresponding working mode (High frequency mode) according to your personal cleaning needs to obtain the best cleaning effect.

Most likely the brush is not lowering. It has to barely make contact with the floor when vacuuming. If it's stuck on top position you may have to send it for repair.
