Water not dispensing from robot

My robot vacuum won’t dispense any water when mopping and is making noise when trying to dispense like it’s struggling and when I take the mop pads off it feels dry and not wet and when I see the bottom of the machine there is only one dribble of water coming out of one hole

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. **Check the water discharge from the small water tank**:
- Please remove the mop pad from the robot and only install the mop pad holder on the robot.
- Then, start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are water droplets on the ground.
- If there are small water droplets on the ground, it means that the robot's small water tank can discharge water normally.

2. Please use a toothpick or other items to clean the three water outlets of the water tank and the air vents of the water tank rubber plug (as shown in the picture) to see if water can come out.

3. **Adjust the backwash frequency setting**:
- Please guide the user to enter the settings and adjust the "mop-washing frequency" option to "by area—10㎡".
- After the setting is completed, please continue to observe the use of the robot under this setting to confirm whether it can mop the floor normally.
