Aqua10 Ultra Roller map editing issue - bug.

When mapping for the first time I left my carpeted floor mat in my laundry room because it needed to be vacuumed.  After the first house cleaning I removed the mat and set the floor type to horizontal tile for mopping.  Even though the map shows tile the machine skipped mopping the area.  Reset several times, same result. It remembers the floor having a carpet.  I had to delete the map and do the mapping over sans carpet on the floor to get it to mop the area.

I have the same issue. Sometimes I want to remove them to be mopped under but it pretends there’s carpet still there. I’m confused why it sees there’s no carpet. Surely we don’t have remap every time we want to mop where rugs were?  Also my robot moves and folds my area rugs when it vacuums. My old one had no issue.

Hi, If you have a thin mat that is not easy to stick to the ground, the robot may roll up the mat due to strong suction. You may set the cleaning no-go area or use special fixing glue to fix it.

Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience.

1. Please wipe the ultrasonic sensor and observe the use later. If it is not effective, please manually add or remove the carpet for use.

2. Manually add or remove the carpet via app: Map editing--->Ground environment--->Carpet.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance. Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
