[X50 Ultra] Doesn’t vacuum properly

I don’t know what to do, I been having the same problem with this vacuum from the day 1.

Doesn’t vacuum properly under my cabinets, the vacuum can go through them perfectly, doesn’t bring the brush out so doesn’t clean the corners well enough.

I have cleaned and nothing.

1. Delete your map. It's in the settings.
2. Have your robot remap the room, but make sure you have selected Genius clean mode and do NOT use "Fast Mapping.". Instead, use "Clean" while mapping.

Perfect, I’ll do that. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

Extended Reach Scenario: Cleaning Along Walls/Corners/Table Legs/Chair Legs/Sofa Legs

1. Check whether the Al-driven MopExtend™ feature is enabled in Settings > Al-driven MopExtend™ Settings > Al-driven SideReach™. Also, check whether the extended reach frequency is set to high. If not, enable it and set it to high. Then restart the robot and try again.

2. Check whether **Collision-Avoidance Mode** is enabled on your robot vacuum. If it is enabled, the robot will not clean under walls or cabinets. You can check or disable this feature in Settings > Floor Cleaning Settings > **Collision-Avoidance Mode**. Please restart the robot and try again.

3. For the X50 Ultra, you can select extreme radar coverage in Floor Cleaning Settings > Auto-lifting LDS > extreme coverage. This may cause scratches on the radar.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.

Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

I suggest just returning it if possible. I wish I had returned mine before the return policy was up because this robot has been a non-stop headache. I also experienced what you described and honestly it’s only gotten worse.
