Changing WiFi

I am trying a new WiFi network to make sure it will meet our needs. I need to set up my DreameBot D10 Plus on the new network. I am afraid of losing all my map data if I have to add the robot again. How do I change my network without losing data?0

Hi,
If the router has been changed and the device is now offline, please re-configure the network (the original DreameHome account must be used for re-configuration, and the robot must not be reset), or try to change the router name and password to the same as the original one.

My network has changed since I had to change providers, now the app won’t connect with the device. I even trued rebooting to factory settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I keep getting a message that the device isn’t on although it is.
Perhaps it’s because my current router only has a 5 Mghz connection? Is there no option to connect to the device via Bluetooth or other option?
