L40s Ultra AE continually washing mops

I recently purchased a Dreame L40s Ultra AE. Twice now it has returned to the dock and gone into an endless loop of cleaning the mop heads. It said something like "starting mop clean" and cleaned, or started to clean, the mop heads, over and over, using up the dock's water supply and leaving a pool of water on the floor. Twice.

Any suggestions? If I cannot get this to work properly I am going to have to send it back. As I said, it's a brand new device with updated firmware, and the most recent Android app from Google Play.

Same issue, after two weeks only. Gonna call the company and see. If I remember I'll come back and post. Hopefully you do the same if you hear anything

Do it quickly otherwise they will say that replacement window is closed. I got new l40 and already faced 2 issues
One with robot keel on spinning in circle which they fixed it by replacing the motor
Second base station is overflowing the water continuously
Now they are saying take the replacement as refurbished item because is it product issue.

Please check the base station (washboard) and robot bottom (mop pad holders, wheels, etc.) for any foreign objects entangled.

Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

Yes, I have done all that. I have started the process with support.

I sent it back. There were no foreign objects entangled. Just crummy software that doesn't realize that if you've started a cleaning process 10 seconds ago you probably shouldn't be starting it again.
