please help, i'm loosing my mind

Please help. New Dreame x50 setup wont work.

I just got my new Dreame X50 and i'm currently struggeling with the setup. When it says i have to press the clean and home buttons for 3 seconds, it just turns off and never goes into the network configuration mode.

Is the base station on and did you try manually docking it ?

Please make sure you hold down the clean and dock buttons simultaneously, and ensure your device has sufficient battery life (leave it on the base station for two to three hours and test again).

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.

Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
