I type in my login and pw but the credentials dont work and I know they are correct (I triple checked). Anyone experience a similar issue?

If you can't log in to the DreameHome app, please try the following steps:

1. Restart and reinstall the app.

2. After reinstalling, attempt to log in using mobile data (instead of Wi-Fi) to rule out network-related issues.

3. Verify account credentials: Double-check that your login password is correct, including uppercase and lowercase letters, as passwords are case-sensitive.

4. Test with another device: If possible, try logging into the app using a different smartphone to see if the issue persists.

5. Try resetting your password to see if you can log in.

6. The rule of the password: between 8 and 16 characters long, must contain at least two character types (uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters), and cannot contain spaces.
