1. Inspect if there is any foreign object stuck in the robot’s wheels.
2. Check if the sensors are dirty or blocked by foreign objects.
3. Ensure there are no obstacles on the cleaning path and all necessary doors are open.
4. Verify if any no-go zones are blocking the cleaning path—please delete them if present.
5. Kindly check the map in the APP: if it is overlapping or skewed, restore it to a normal neat map or re-map and observe again.
6. You can also upgrade the firmware via the "Dreamehome" APP: Go to the device page → Tap the top-right "..." → Enter "Settings" → Scroll down to find "Firmware Update".
7. For the area you need to clean: If it is covered by a carpet, and the carpet is set to "Vacuum" or "Ignore", the robot will not clean this area. Please adjust the setting if needed.
