Poor performance

No matter how much i try to keep it clean, it doesnt work well.  It sucks up dog hair into a clump that it pushes around and doesnt actually vacuum up.

Do you have the tricut brush? That chops up the hair. I have long hair and my dog sheds some too. It picks up a lot of it.

I have with what it came with.  I dont think there were additional options other than replacement parts.  My dogs are short hair, but it doesnt seem to matter.  It did work properly for the first few months i think, but now not at all.

I did not notice the reminder that it may be time to replace my garbage bag. My house looked messier each day and i couldnt figure it out until i realized it was overdue for the bag to be deplaced. Once i did that solved the problem.

Please try adjusting the suction power to Max.

Clean the dust box, filter, and main brush regularly (replace them if replaceable) to reduce hair accumulation or tangling.

If there is a lot of hair in your home, it may cause blockage at the dust collection port, so regular cleaning is recommended.

Yes i have it on max and empty the bag when needed and i keep brushes clean but it doesnt work.  Brushes dont even get the hair into the bin or bag.
