Constant mop pad installation error

Does anyone know how to fix this? After every completed cleaning cycle the mop pads fail to install for the upcoming cleaning.i have to manually install them each time.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. **Replace the mop pad**: Please confirm whether the mop pad has been used for a long time. If the mop pad has been used for a long time, we recommend that you replace it first to see if the problem is improved.

2. **Check the magnets on the mop pad holder**: If you have replaced the mop pad but the problem persists, please check whether the magnets on the mop pad holder are normal.

Please first try to switch the left and right mops. If the magnets are normal, please confirm that you are using the original mop pad of Dreame. If you are using a non-original product, it is recommended to replace it with the original mop pad of Dreame to ensure compatibility and effect.

If the magnet on the mop pad holder is rusted or has abnormal magnetic properties, please contact support.na@dreame.tech

3. **Further troubleshooting steps**:
- (1) Remove the robot from the base station, then remove the mop pad holder on the robot, and then manually restart the robot.
- (2) Wait for the robot to restart and return to normal.
- (3) After restarting, reinstall the mop pad holder on the robot.
