Carpet limit reached

I have like 3 rugs that I can't add because it's saying I've reached the limit.  We have a 4500 sqft house so ya we have a lot of area rugs. Why is there a limit?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

It is recommended that you re-map the whole area. After the device automatically recognizes most of the carpets, you can then manually add the carpet areas that were not identified. This method can reduce the need for manual carpet additions.
